As we get older, we seem to have less and less opportunities to become involved in activities.  However, the bad thing about this is that it will start becoming a health issue at this point in our lives.  Doctors often tell us that we must stay active during this critical time of our lives.  It is not front page news that they are correct about this. 

To make activity more attractive, it is a great idea to select one that is pleasurable.  One such activity that many people choose is motorcycles.  You will see them strapping on their german motorcycle helmets and going at it.  Although this will not burn a lot of body fat, or increase your heart rate very much, it will get your butt off the couch and out of the house.
